  • Airport transfers can be booked on payment basis
  • Food and Beverages ordered are chargeable
  • Taxis for outing and site seeing can be booked on payment basis.
  • Stay for children below 12years is complimentary

 

TAX STRUCTURE

Government taxes are extra and are subject to change without notice

Current Tax applicable is 12% and 18%

 

PAYMENT TERMS

  1. 25% non-refundable advance at the time of booking.
  2. The full booking amount is payable 10 weeks before the booked date.
  3. Stays are available for min. 3 nights stay (min. 1 week from 20th Dec to 5th Jan).
  4. For part weeks, the rate is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
  5. Where the rental period spans two price bands then the price will be applied on a pro-rata basis.

 

BOOKING CANCELLATION

The following terms apply for cancellation of bookings

Cancellation Period Forfeit
Cancellation more than 70 days before the start of the holiday Deposit only
Cancellation between 36-69 days 50% of total holiday cost
Cancellation 35 days before the start of holiday 100% of total holiday cost
